WHAT IT DOES

iWarehouse is a custom-built enterprise platform that helps NZLW manage everything from incoming stock to invoicing and fulfillment. It’s designed to be intuitive for staff while handling the heavy lifting of complex backend processes.

• Dashboard Overview
  A centralized hub offering real-time metrics, including order trends, inventory status, overdue invoices, and processing queues. Managers can see everything at a glance.
  

• Good Receiving Workflow
  New stock is registered, tracked, and marked for inspection. The system shows how many goods are in processing or waiting to be checked or reported on, keeping the warehouse flowing efficiently.

• Invoice Management
  A multi-stage invoicing system lets users track invoices through every state—from draft and pending to shipped and completed. The visual layout makes it easy to spot what needs attention.
  

• Status Breakdown
  A powerful visual tagging system gives quick insights into each order’s status: draft, processing, shipped, or completed. Color-coded and easy to digest
  

• CRM & Contact Linkage
  Client and vendor info is linked directly to order and invoice records. You can see who’s been invoiced, how much is outstanding, and when it was last updated.
